Q2. When is the Promotion open?

The Promotion runs from 00:00 on 22/04/26 until 23:59 on 30/06/26.

Q3. I’ve entered after the Promotion Period. What now?

Entries submitted after 23:59 on 30/06/26 are invalid.

Q4. What prizes are available to be won?

Eight winners receive: drinks and pre-show meal, one ticket to Mo Gilligan on 11/09/26, VIP bar access, and a £150 travel allowance cheque.

Q5. Who is eligible to participate?

UK wholesale business account holders aged 18+. Excludes employees of pladis, agencies, suppliers, and immediate families.

Q6. Can I win more than once?

No. Maximum one entry per store. Duplicate or fraudulent entries are disqualified.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions, and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and retain for future reference.

Promoter: pladis (UK) Limited, Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, London W4 5YA (please do not send correspondence to this address).

Eligibility: Entry is open to business account customers in participating Wholesale Outlets in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entry:
1. Directors, management, and employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or any third parties professionally connected with the competition or its administration.
3. Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
Promotional Period: The Promotion opens 00:00 on 22/04/26 and closes 23:59 on 30/06/26 (the “Closing Date”).
Entry Instructions:
1. Scan the QR code printed on promotional leaflets or https://mcvitiesmoments.co.uk.
2. Complete the entry form with required business and contact details.
3. Upload:
  1. A photo of your McVitie’s POS/display in store.
  2. An answer to the promotional questions presented on the entry page.
4. Submit your entry.
Max 1 entry per store.
Incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Entry Criteria & Judging

All valid entries will be reviewed and shortlisted before being judged by an independent adjudicator/panel by 10/07/2026.
Entries will be scored against the following five criteria:
1. Innovation & creativity
2. Impact of the display
3. Use of the McVitie’s range
4. Clarity and quality of the submitted image
5. Community/customer engagement
Prize:

There are 8 prizes available in total. Each Prize consists of:
- Drinks and preshow meal for the winner at a location arranged by the promoter (set menu; dietary requirements accommodated where possible).
- One ticket to attend Mo Gilligan live on 11/09/26 at the Eventim Apollo in London.
- Winners will also have access to the VIP bar at the Eventim Apollo during the event.
- A £150 travel allowance, issued to the winner via cheque on the day of the event.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Prizes must be used for the benefit of the store or store group only.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter will not accept: Responsibility for late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed entries.
No third-party or bulk entries. Automated entries, entries via syndicates, macros or similar will be disqualified. Fraudulent activity or falsifying data will void all associated entries and prizes.
Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be contacted via email or phone after 10/07/26 using the details supplied at entry. Winners must respond within 14 days and may be required to provide verification or additional documentation. Failure to respond or pass verification will result in forfeiture, and another winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery:
- Winners will receive full event details and instructions by 11/08/26.
- The Promoter or its appointed agency will coordinate all Prize arrangements, including drinks, meal booking, ticket allocation, and distribution of the £150 travel allowance cheque.
- The £150 travel allowance will be issued to winners on the day of the event, via cheque, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Winners are responsible for any additional travel or incidental costs not expressly included in the Prize.
Winners are advised to discuss any HMRC liability incurred by winning a prize with their tax advisor.
Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may be prevented from providing some or all the Prize elements due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or cancel some or all of the Prize, and neither the Promoter nor the Companies accept responsibility in these circumstances.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion.
If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.

By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
Entrants must enter the Promotion using their legal name. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Reward awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
1. Verify the eligibility of entrants by requesting such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Reward may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as “script”, “brute force”, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.
The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any Prize provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or Winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider.
2If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any individual element of the Prize (including but not limited to the event, venue, date, hospitality or travel), with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
Winners will be asked to provide feedback and fill a questionnaire on the day of prize delivery.
This Promotion is governed by English Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
